Summary

Role:Java Technical Architect

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA (Need Locals).

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot
Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines
Lead microservices-based solution design and implementation
Provide hands-on development support when required
Mentor developers and guide the team on technical decisions
Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments
Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Oversee cloud deployments and architecture on AWS
Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Required Skills

Deep expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot
Strong hands-on experience with AWS Core Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation)
Strong background in Microservices architecture and design patterns
Fullstack development experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a client-facing environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
AWS certifications
Prior experience in financial services or lending platforms
