Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect scalable, resilient applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines
• Lead microservices-based solution design and implementation
• Provide hands-on development support when required
• Mentor developers and guide the team on technical decisions
• Conduct architecture reviews and code quality assessments
• Collaborate with product managers and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee cloud deployments and architecture on AWS
• Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices
Required Skills
• Deep expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Core Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation)
• Strong background in Microservices architecture and design patterns
• Fullstack development experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a client-facing environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• AWS certifications
• Prior experience in financial services or lending platforms
