Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Pega Architects to support a Pega Smart Dispute implementation, platform upgrade, and migration to Pega Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements and translate them into Pega Smart Dispute case designs, workflows, and data models.
Design and develop Pega case types, flows, data pages, and integrations.
Lead/support Pega version upgrades and on-prem to Pega Cloud migration.
Design and review REST/SOAP integrations, security, performance, and reusable Pega components.
Support DCO, backlog grooming, user stories, UAT, testing, and Agile delivery.
Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, and guardrail violations.
Conduct architecture/design reviews and provide technical governance and mentoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, LSAs, SSAs, developers, and enterprise architecture teams.

Required Skills:

Hands-on Pega Smart Dispute / Smart Claims Engine experience.
Strong financial services/banking, disputes, chargebacks, or claims experience.
Experience with Pega upgrades and/or Pega Cloud migration.
Strong Pega Case Management, DCO, integrations, security, and performance knowledge.
Experience with REST/SOAP, Agile/Scrum, and UAT.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

Pega CLSA / CSSA / CBA / CSA
Pega Cloud / DevOps certifications
