Role: Intune Engineer
Location: Tampa, FL - Onsite hybrid
Pay Rate: $40-45/hour on W2, client will not consider C2C
Job Overview:
The Workplace Services Lead is accountable for the end to end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Workplace / Digital Workplace services within the Accenture Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) model. The role owns endpoint and device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLAs, and client expectations. Design, configure, and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.
Key Responsibilities
Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace / EUC tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint related incidents, problems, and service risks.
Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
Ensure standardized delivery models, runbooks, and operational processes are followed across global delivery teams.
Drive effective collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.
