What You ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Desktop Engineering and SCCM teams, including oversight of team leads and managers, driving performance, accountability, and growth
- Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for end user computing, including endpoint management, Windows lifecycle, provisioning, and application delivery
- Drive measurable improvements in employee experience using telemetry, Voice of Customer data, and service metrics such as endpoint health, CSAT, and incident trends
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow communication standards, ensuring clear, consistent, and customer-friendly updates across teams
- Partner cross-functionally with Service Desk, ITSM, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and PMO to prioritize initiatives, govern delivery, and ensure seamless enterprise rollouts
What Gets You the Job:
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years leading end user computing or endpoint engineering teams, including experience managing managers
- Deep expertise in endpoint management at scale (Intune and SCCM), Windows engineering, application packaging, patching, compliance, and device lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to improve employee experience using data-driven approaches such as VOC programs, journey mapping, and problem management
- Strong understanding of ITSM and service quality metrics (CSAT, SLA attainment, MTTR, endpoint health) with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience leveraging automation or AI (scripting, workflow automation, intelligent routing, tools like Copilot) to scale operations and improve outcomes
