Overview:
Owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of organic growth initiatives across a direct-to-consumer (DTC) portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping, operationalizing, and scaling growth strategies aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes. Partnering closely with leaders across the organization, the Growth Manager translates growth priorities into actionable programs by aligning product, platform, marketing, and operational capabilities. The role requires oversight of complex, large-scale growth initiatives, ensuring cross-functional execution, accountability, and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a strategic partner to DTC business leaders, translating growth priorities into clear, executable initiatives and programs
- Advise leadership on the platform, product, and operational capabilities required to support growth objectives, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical enablement
- Develop and own the organic growth roadmap, including success metrics, milestones, and performance indicators
- Partner with Marketing teams to define multi-channel growth strategies, campaign playbooks, and experimentation frameworks that enable scalable organic growth through testing and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize innovation across organic performance, operational efficiency, and product tooling
- Oversee execution of large-scale growth programs, ensuring clarity of ownership, cross-functional alignment, and consistent delivery
- Establish processes, governance, and reporting mechanisms to track progress and drive continuous improvement
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
