Program Manager to own the
operational execution layer across our client's
digital product portfolio. This role focuses on driving alignment, managing cross-functional complexity, and ensuring efficient execution-allowing Product partners to remain focused on strategy and outcomes.
The ideal candidate acts as the connective tissue between teams, bringing clarity, momentum, and accountability across multiple initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & Delivery- Orchestrate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams
- Proactively identify, manage, and unblock risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to drive day-to-day delivery
- Ensure plans translate into predictable and efficient execution
Cross-Functional Alignment- Act as the central point of coordination across Client Store and partner teams
- Drive alignment and accountability across programs and initiatives
- Improve collaboration, communication, and visibility across teams-especially at leadership and stakeholder levels
Planning, Roadmaps & Operating Cadence- Maintain a single, integrated view of the product roadmap across all initiatives
- Ensure roadmap clarity, consistency, and transparency
- Establish and run core operating cadences, including:
- Quarterly planning
- Roadmap reviews
- Status reporting
Compensation: $75-85/hr (open to negotiation)
Location: Glendale CA or Orlando FL

Basic Qualifications- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in digital product or eCommerce environments
- Strong operator with the ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Deep partnership with Engineering teams and a solid understanding of software delivery realities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working in media, entertainment, or production environments
