Technical Product Manager - Enterprise SDK Integration

job summary:

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, architecture, and deployment of our enterprise SDKs, APIs, and developer tools. In this role, you will define the developer experience strategy and build scalable integration patterns that empower enterprise customers to programmatically manage complex connectivity and platform workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, security, and customer success teams to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade platform products.

responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and release roadmap for developer SDKs, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design API-first platform features, backward-compatible SDKs, and developer portal documentation.
• Build customer enablement playbooks, onboarding journeys, and implementation guides to accelerate customer activation and time-to-value.
• Partner across cross-functional teams (Security, Commerce, Billing, Solutions Architecture) to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
• Track product adoption, API usage, and onboarding metrics to continuously optimize product performance and developer satisfaction.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management focusing on SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS products.

Strong familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, OAuth/SAML, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and modern integration patterns.

Proven ability to write clear technical documentation, product requirements, and strategic business cases.

Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience building developer platforms in networking, telecommunications, or cloud infrastructure sectors.

Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and API Gateway management.

Experience with enterprise B2B workflows, including bulk data processing and billing/entitlement system integrations.

Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
