The Project Manager - Post-Divestiture Network Separation Programs is accountable for planning and executing complex, cross-functional network separation initiatives required to achieve operational independence following divestiture. This role partners across Network Engineering, Architecture, IT, Security, Operations, Field Services, Product, Finance/Procurement, Legal, and external vendors to drive readiness, separation planning, and implementation. The Project Manager ensures scope, schedule, and risk are actively managed; creates executive-ready status reporting; and leads governance routines to deliver key separation outcomes while maintaining service continuity.

This role is ideal for a project manager experienced with large-scale infrastructure programs, carve-out/separation activities, transitional services dependencies, and strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
