Summary

Capgemini is hiring a Strategic Client Partner to lead growth across our AWS ecosystem within Financial Services clients. This is a senior client-facing role focused on driving cloud transformation, expanding executive relationships, and leading complex enterprise deal cycles.

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, cloud strategy, and client partnership, with a strong emphasis on AWS, data, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of Engineering, Risk, Business Leaders)
  • Own and grow strategic Financial Services accounts (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance)
  • Drive AWS-led cloud transformation opportunities across:
    • Cloud migration & modernization
    • Application transformation
    • Data platforms & analytics
    • AI / GenAI solutions
  • Partner with AWS and internal Capgemini teams on joint go-to-market and account strategy
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships aligned to long-term client priorities
  • Lead complex, multi-year enterprise deals from pursuit through close
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and alliance teams for solution positioning and execution
  • Navigate regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements within Financial Services

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in:
    • Enterprise sales / account management
    • Client partner / strategic account roles
    • IT services or consulting
  • Strong experience with Financial Services clients (banking, capital markets, insurance)
  • Solid understanding of AWS and cloud technologies, including:
    • Cloud migration
    • Application modernization
    • Data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
    • AI / machine learning / analytics
  • Proven track record of:
    • Managing and growing enterprise accounts
    • Driving $multi-million deals
    • Building executive-level relationships
  • Experience working with hyperscalers (AWS preferred) and ecosystem partners
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

Additional Info:

  • Senior role (Director / Senior Director level)
  • Focus on account growth + executive engagement, not transactional sales
  • Highly visible position aligned to Capgemini s Cloud, Data, and AI growth strategy

Compensation:

  • Base: $175K $250K
  • Bonus: ~20%
  • Total Comp: ~$210K $300K+
