100% REMOTE: OpenText Info Archive Technical Lead

!!!VERY URGENT REQUIREMENT!!!

Position: OpenText Info Archive Technical Lead

Location: Chicago, IL (REMOTE)

Duration: 6-12 Months

     Product Installation : Hands-on experience in installing InfoArchive components either On-prem or Cloud. Client has cloud based InfoArchive. (MUST TO HAVE)

·        Product Understanding : Should have worked on Postgres based InfoArchive which client is currently using.(MUST TO HAVE)

·        Should be able to take right decisions on solutioning approaches (MUST TO HAVE)

Key Responsibilities

·         Design and implement data archiving solutions using OpenText InfoArchive

·         Gather requirements, document architecture, create detailed designs, estimate effort, and define implementation plans

·         Expertise in table, record, file, and compound business record archiving

·         Hands on experience with Oracle and SQL Server, strong RDBMS and query management skills

·         Monitor archiving batches, dashboards, reports, and retention policy compliance

·         Act as point of contact for access to archived legacy data

·         Coordinate with Application team on timelines and dependencies

·         Prepare and maintain SOPs, training materials, and project documentation

·         Identify risks/issues and support change management processes

 Required Experience & Skills

·         10+ years in enterprise archiving, data governance, or data platforms

·         Strong experience with OpenText InfoArchive 24.x and AppBuilder

·         ETL and data modeling using SIP, XML, PDI

·        Product Installation : Hands-on experience in installing InfoArchive components either On-prem or Cloud. Client has cloud based InfoArchive.

·        Product Understanding : Should have worked on Postgres based InfoArchive which client is currently using.

·        Should be able to take right decisions on solutioning approaches

·         Reconciliation, validation automation, and audit design

·         Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

·         Object storage: AWS S3

·         Proven experience leading data archiving initiatives

·         Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills

·         Experience working with global, distributed teams
