Technical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Technical Project Manager in Irving, TX.

Duties:
* Technical Project Manager will coordinate and drive the delivery of technology and business initiatives across cross-functional teams
* Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
* Lead Agile project activities, including sprint planning, backlog tracking, release coordination, and status reporting
* Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders, project teams, and leadership
* Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and help resolve issues to keep initiatives on track
* As a Technical Project Manager, you will maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting tools to provide visibility into project health and milestones
* Partner with product, business, and technical teams to translate objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
* Support the delivery of customer-facing and internal technology solutions while ensuring quality and timely execution

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of project, program, or technology delivery experience
* Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or similar project environments
* Experience using project management and collaboration tools
* Understanding of technology delivery processes and project lifecycles
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, risks, and deliverables
* Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams and priorities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional project management or Agile certification
* Experience supporting technology, digital, or business initiatives
* Experience working with cross-functional or multi-team programs
* Experience with budgeting, resource planning, or vendor coordination
* Familiarity with AI, automation, data, or analytics projects
* Familiarity with cloud technologies or modern software delivery practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
