The Junior Business Process Analyst will analyze current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support process redesign and automation initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
Map and document end-to-end business processes using standard notation
Conduct root-cause analysis, time-and-motion studies, and identify process bottlenecks.
· Recommend process improvements and support implementation of changes
· Define, track, and measure process KPIs; develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance
· Support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or automation pilots and coordinate with IT for technical feasibility
· Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process manuals
· Participate in solution design and workflow improvement sessions
· Assist in testing and validating process changes to ensure effectiveness and compliance
· Support change management activities, including training, adoption, and communication of process updates
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance, product) to align processes with business goals
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Basic knowledge of databases
· Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
