The overall responsibility of the systems data analyst is managing automated provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of accounts across district resources while identifying and purging dormant accounts, ensuring licensing efficiency and reducing potential security risks.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Conduct regular audits and analyze current data entry and operational workflows; design and implement procedural enhancements to maximize system efficiency and ensure a cycle of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Data Integrations & Data Operations teams to maintain seamless data flows and ensure the architectural integrity of all systems within the area of responsibility.
- Analyze business needs to identify and bridge the gap between current operational states and strategic goals by investigating root-cause challenges to implement high-impact, scalable business solutions.
- Create and maintain technical reports, documentation, and conduct training sessions.
- Performs other tasks and assumes other responsibilities as directed.
Minimum Qualifications:- Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, or three years of related experience.
- Minimum of two years of experience with data management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask & set priorities in a constantly changing, high-stress environment
- Be able to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Knowledge of data management practices, security best practices, and technology management principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Experience with ERP or SIS systems and databases
