Job Overview
Vasquez Platform is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive (Mid-Market) to lead new business acquisition efforts. Vasquez is an all-in-one platform for health insurance agencies, brokers, and TPAs. This position is managed and employed through Qualibar Inc, Vasquez’s PEO and recruiting partner.
This role is for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses deep experience selling to mid-sized organizations. As a key revenue driver, you will own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach through close—while targeting insurance brokerages, third-party administrators (TPAs), and agencies seeking modern, scalable solutions. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is equally skilled at strategic prospecting and insight-driven closing.
Ideal candidates are self-starters who can manage multiple sales processes concurrently, execute against ambitious quotas, and build strong, enduring relationships with stakeholders across operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Mid-Market Sales Execution
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
Develop and execute outreach strategies for brokerages, TPAs, agencies, and MGAs.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts via CRM.
Consistently exceed quarterly and annual new ARR targets.
Stakeholder Engagement
Lead consultative sales conversations with operational and executive decision-makers.
Customize demos and proposals to align with each client’s workflows, compliance needs, and growth goals.
Confidently navigate multi-stakeholder deals and procurement processes.
Collaboration & Insight
Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to refine messaging and GTM strategy.
Provide market intelligence to inform product roadmap, pricing, and positioning.
Collaborate with Account Management to ensure a seamless handoff and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of B2B software sales experience, with 2+ years focused on mid-market deals ($25K–$100K ACV).
Proven success selling into healthcare, insurance, or benefits verticals.
Track record of exceeding quotas through self-sourced and inbound opportunities.
Proficiency with modern sales tech (HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Strong business acumen and comfort engaging legal, compliance, and procurement stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience selling into insurance distribution (brokers, TPAs, MGAs, agencies).
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or Sandler sales methodologies.
SaaS startup or growth-stage experience.
Exposure to post-sale expansion and client success processes.
