Summary

Seeking a senior Oracle SaaS Cloud P2P Techno-Functional Architect with strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Cash Management, and Supplier modules. The consultant will analyze business requirements, design solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud, manage configurations, integrations, data migration, and support reporting and technical extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud
Work with technical teams on RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Configure AP, Purchasing, Supplier, Cash Management, and Expenses modules
Develop OTBI and BI Publisher reports
Support data migration, integrations, and troubleshooting
Prepare functional specs, design documents, and test scripts

Required Skills:

10-12 years overall Oracle ERP functional experience
6-8 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P (AP, Procurement, Supplier, Cash Management)
Strong experience with Fusion Expenses, Corporate Card setup, BPM workflows
Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and OIC integrations
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, UCM, XML payment templates
Experience with SEPA payments, VAT taxation, and e-Invoicing (preferred)
Familiarity with OBN / EDI integrations
Experience with VBCS and AI Agents in Oracle Cloud (preferred)
Oracle Fusion Cloud certification preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor s Degree
12-15 years of total IT experience
