IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Plan, execute, and initiate cross-functional IT projects from initiation through delivery. Align organization goals, budgetary constraints, internal governance structures, industry standards, regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, project scope, deliverables, criteria portfolios. Develop enterprise-level project management plans, methodologies, WBS, schedules, governance frameworks for business and technical initiatives, mitigation strategies, tools, models, processes. Design scalable technical solutions and ensure sustainability, scalability, and business value. Identify risks and dependencies, review escalations to avoid delays or scope changes, functional and technical requirements, project stages. Deliver presentations, dashboards. Confer with stakeholders. Monitor progress against timelines and milestones, and performance, resource planning, maintain documentation for audits, including contracts, project charters, risk logs, and change requirements. Work in financial services, risk and regulatory reporting domain. Resolve data quality issues, debug databases, ensure stability on applications, coordinate technical change initiatives for liquidity risk reporting, translate business needs into user stories, track monthly release cycles, support application service functions. Satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test plans. Use Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, ITIL, ISO, NIST, GDPR, Scrum, Kanban, SQL, NodeJS, Stored Procedures, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, ServiceNow, RDBMS, Autosys, SDLC. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience reviewing budgeting, regulatory standards, requirements, deliverables, milestones, performance, resource planning, regulatory reporting; developing reporting, models, dashboards; identifying risks; working in financial services; using Agile, SQL, NodeJS, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, SDLC. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,086 to $142,100/yr.
