IAM - Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the overall test strategy, test plan, test schedules, and quality gates for the IAM Identity Governance program.
2. Define testing scope, entry/exit criteria, defect management processes, environments, and resource requirements.
3. Ensure testing activities comply with PDM and TCoE governance requirements.
4. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing,
5.Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Go-Live Validation.

Required Experience

•  6+ years of testing and quality assurance experience.
•  2+ years leading enterprise testing initiatives.
•  Experience delivering IAM, IGA, or Cybersecurity programs.
•  Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud preferred.
•  Experience testing Workday, ServiceNow, Entra ID, Active Directory, or similar identity platforms.
•  Experience managing SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.
•  Strong Azure DevOps testing and defect management experience.
•  Experience working within regulated or audit-focused environments.

Certifications

1.  ISTQB Test Manager
2.  Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
3.  SailPoint Identity Security Certification
4.  Microsoft Identity and Access Certifications
5.  PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project delivery certification
