This hybrid role in Vienna, VA, involves designing scalable audit solutions using generic technology tools.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance Oracle HCM solutions and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and review of security frameworks and recommend action plans.
Collaborate with audit and risk teams to define controls and monitoring frameworks.
Identify security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct access reviews and support audits with necessary documentation.
Automate audits and develop dashboards for real-time risk visibility.

Qualifications
5 years of experience with cloud-based HCM systems.
Knowledge of security roles, data security, and user provisioning.
Experience with risk and compliance processes in HCM systems.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
