Microsoft CRM Developer

Client is looking for a techno-functional candidate with strong development skills, experience in Microsoft Dynamics (not Salesforce or ERP), and mandatory expertise in Power Automate and Logic Apps.

Role Scope and Responsibilities:  

·        Microsoft Dynamics developer will interact daily with business teams, translating functional requirements into technical specifications, and supporting the CRM instance post go-live. The position is mid to senior level, requires working US East Coast hours, and involves direct engagement with business systems analysts.

·        Technical and Functional Skills: The candidate must be more development-focused than analyst-focused, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, especially in sales and marketing modules, lead management, and sales management. Database expertise is not required but is considered a plus.

·        Customization and Configuration Requirements: The candidate should be proficient in out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, workflows, security features, and should be able to use configuration tools, JavaScript, plugins, Power Automate, and Logic Apps for system customization.

·        Platform and Module Focus:  The candidate experience should be strictly with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, and CRM, excluding ERP modules such as Finance and Operations or Business Central. Both on-premise and online Dynamics experience are acceptable.

·        Mandatory Skills: Power Automate and Logic Apps are mandatory for the role, and candidates lacking these skills should not be considered for interviews, as these are critical for production support and the upcoming go-live.

Required Skills:

·        University educated, with a degree in preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

·        Have at least 5+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE/CRM, understand the full stack, and have worked extensively with Dynamics 365 CE.

·        Spanish will be a plus

·        Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

·        Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.

·        Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows, processes and Flows.

·        Demonstrated proficiency in using the CRM SDK or plugin platforms.

·        Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft .NET + development using C#.

·        Demonstrated proficiency in Power Platform, Power Pages, and Canvas Apps.

·        Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.

·        Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.

·        Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

·        Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

·        Experience with Microsoft Real Time Marketing an advantage

·        Experience with Power BI an advantage
