Entry-Level Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Work with business teams to understand their needs, challenges, and day-to-day processes.

• Gather and document business requirements in a clear and organized manner.

• Prepare basic project documents, including requirements, process flows, and user stories.

• Help identify opportunities to improve business processes and reduce unnecessary costs.

• Work with business users, IT teams, and project managers to support project goals.

• Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and Jira to organize requirements and track project progress.

• Assist with reviewing data and preparing reports to support business decisions.

• Support software testing by preparing test scenarios, recording issues, and tracking fixes.

• Coordinate with users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet business needs.

• Attend team meetings, track action items, and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to gather information, organize details, and document requirements.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to learn business processes, project management tools, and software testing.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
