Role: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Providence, RI-Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 remote

IRG Clients is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support the maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing operations of a large-scale enterprise Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the system. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce administration expertise, excellent project coordination skills, and experience developing meaningful reports and dashboards to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support an enterprise Salesforce environment to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and implement system enhancement requests.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Coordinate and manage small to medium-sized enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Support application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to support ongoing system maintenance and operational activities.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and process documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and security policies.
- Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on Salesforce functionality and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows/Flows, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, security model, and release management.
- Experience coordinating or managing IT projects and system enhancement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting system testing, deployments, and production releases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience working with enterprise data management and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and change management processes
