Job Title: Data Scientist (Remote)

Job Description:

Architect and maintain scalable analytics platforms and data models to drive data-driven decisions and improve operational performance.
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions to enable transparency and accurate business measurement.
Implement data observability solutions, including logging, monitoring, and metrics, to track platform health, data quality, and outcomes.
Collaborate with decision analysts, data engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Support ongoing analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of analytics platforms to ensure reliability and performance.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in SQL
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark
Proficiency in Databricks

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud data platforms
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Strong analytical and communication skills
