Position: Integration Lead (D365 & Azure Ecosystem)

Location: Remote

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead with deep expertise in enterprise system

integrations, integration architecture, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within the Azure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead integration strategy, architecture, and implementation across complex enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across D365,
• third-party applications, and cloud/on-premise systems.
• Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices for enterprise
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and
• vendors to deliver integration requirements.
• Lead integration planning, system connectivity, data flow design, and interface
• Oversee API management, event-driven integrations, and real-time/batch integrations.
• Ensure integration security, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project
• Prepare technical documentation, integration diagrams, and architecture reviews.

Required Qualifications

• 10 12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise system integrations.
• 5+ years of experience leading integration architecture and integration delivery teams.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services such as:
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Functions
• API Management (APIM)
• Azure Data Factory
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and external enterprise applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations (FnO) and/or Customer Engagement (CE).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Microsoft Azure Integration or Solution Architect certifications are preferred.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure and Integration certifications are an added advantage
