SAP SAP CS / Service Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) / Service Management Consultant to support implementation, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in SAP CS and integration with related SAP modules.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP CS / Service Management implementation and rollout projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in at least 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• SAP Certification in CS or S/4HANA Service (preferred).
• Experience with ECC and S/4HANA.
• Configure and customize SAP CS module including:
• Service Notifications
• Service Orders
• Contracts & Warranty Management
• Installed Base Management
• Repair Processing
• Resource Planning & Scheduling
• Should prepare the presentations to Business while demonstrating the solution

Professional Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CS / Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Service Order Processing
  • Warranty & Contracts
  • Repair Management
  • Installed Base Management
• Experience in integration with SD, MM, PM, and FI modules.
• Experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
