Role Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Data Analyst to support the team in working with data and turning it into useful information. In this role, you will help collect, review, and organize data from different sources to understand business performance and trends. You will also assist in preparing reports and summaries that help the team make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, paying attention to details, and learning how data can support business planning and improvements.

Responsibilities

•         Collect and organize data from different sources for analysis and reporting.

•         Review data to identify trends, patterns, or changes that may impact the business.

•         Assist in preparing reports, charts, and summaries for the team.

•         Help maintain data accuracy and ensure information is updated regularly.

•         Work with team members to understand their data and reporting needs.

•         Support the team in interpreting data and sharing useful insights.

•         Maintain documentation related to data sources and reporting processes.

•         Participate in meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.

•         Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.

•         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Strong attention to detail when handling data.

•         Ability to present information in a clear and simple way.

•         Good communication and teamwork skills.

•         Willingness to learn new tools and data analysis methods.
