Position: Sr. Guidewire Business Analyst (Policy Center)

Location: Remote (EST/CST)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills

7 + years of experience
Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (v10+ preferred).
Strong understanding of P&C insurance products and policy administration.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing user stories.
Ability to partner with both technical and business teams.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Must Have: Policy Center experience

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for BillingCenter enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to define policy workflows, product rules, rating logic, and user interface needs.
Support Guidewire configuration, integration mapping, and testing activities.
Create functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect triage.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
Assist with release planning, product builds, and production validation.
