Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day digital merchandising strategy and execution across key product categories.
- Develop and manage product placement, merchandising, and promotional experiences across digital channels.
- Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Product Ops to align merchandising priorities with commercial objectives.
- Lead execution of promotional updates, ensuring accurate reflection across digital channels.
- Manage promotional changes throughout the campaign lifecycle, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Lead digital merchandising execution for key campaigns and commercial periods.
- Leverage customer insights to develop micro-segmented merchandising strategies.
- Analyze product and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
- Bachelor s degree or better in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, and digital merchandising platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.
- Must be organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to use and adopt AI tooling.
