Description
This contract role is based in Coppell, Texas, combining operations and account management responsibilities for a six-month term. 
The position requires expertise in data analysis and inventory management, utilizing advanced office tools to ensure efficient operations. 
Candidates should be proficient in generic technology tools for data reporting and problem-solving.
Manage business accounts with a focus on refurbishing processes.
Analyze and report data within the production center.
Review and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecasts.
Interact with internal and external customers related to accounts.
Ensure availability of materials and supplies for production objectives.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Conduct systematic inventory checks and align physical inventories with data.

Key Responsibilities
Track and meet KPIs, including forecasts and production progress.
Ensure returned products are repaired according to demand.
Coordinate with various departments to address shortages and escalate issues.
Prepare for weekly production activities and communicate with stakeholders.
Follow up on daily operational duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in business analysis, account management, or project management.
Advanced skills in office productivity tools, especially for data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral forms.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
