Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React.
• Implement backend business logic, data access layers, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases using SQL.
• Apply security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code following coding standards and design principles.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control, build tools, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required Technical Skills

• Backend: Java 8/11/17+, OOP, multithreading, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices, and Spring Security/JWT.
• Frontend: Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development, state management, and API integration.
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle; strong SQL, query optimization, and database design. MongoDB/Redis is a plus.
• DevOps & Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform, JUnit, and Mockito.
• Architecture & Practices: Microservices, distributed systems, design patterns, SOLID principles, Kafka/RabbitMQ, performance optimization, production support, and Agile/Scrum.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Intermediate level: Typically 4–6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Senior level: Typically 7-15+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex features and technical decisions.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade full stack applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
