- Working knowledge of data architecture & data movement (ETL, messaging)
- Technical Skills
- Experience with industrial connectivity protocols:
- MQTT, OPC UA, BACnet, plant-floor controls
- Exposure to Azure IoT / Event Hub + cloud-hosted data platforms
- Familiarity with SCADA systems (Ignition preferred)
- Understanding of Unified Namespace (UNS) concepts and message structures
- Architecture & Integration
- Ability to help define data connectivity architecture across plants
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and integration layers
- Knowledge of MES, OEE, EAM/CMMS systems is beneficial
- Functional / Soft Skills
- Able to interface with leadership and "sell" technical concepts internally
- Comfortable working with and guiding offshore development teams
- Not required to be a heavy developer, but must:
- understand/debug code
- communicate effectively with developers

- ~5-8+ years (technical lead / specialized developer level)
- Must be U.S.-based / Cleveland-based and meet citizenship requirements

- Build a standardized industrial data connectivity framework across the enterprise using a Unified Namespace (UNS) approach
- Key Initiatives
- Establish data pipelines from machines edge systems enterprise platforms
- Enable real-time visibility of manufacturing and facility data
- Replace fragmented systems with a centralized, scalable architecture
- Technology Stack / Approach
- Use Ignition SCADA as a foundational platform
- Implement MQTT-based messaging + UNS structure
- Connect plant systems via standardized protocols
- Leverage Azure + SQL-based backend systems
- Proof of Concept
- Build demo/pilot environments showing:
