Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
  • Responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and business partnering activities.
  • Works closely with business units to provide insights, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience:

  • Experience in financial planning, reporting, and KPI analysis.
  • Experience in business partnering and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience supporting audits and financial governance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data.
  • Prepare business review materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and present site performance reports and KPI analysis.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Monitor KPI trends and provide detailed analysis to leadership.
  • Track and follow up on corrective actions for KPI deviations.
  • Lead investment project budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support and challenge investment projects to ensure financial impact and governance.
  • Participate in project and leadership meetings.
  • Perform month-end processes and financial reporting.
  • Support audits and financial compliance activities.
  • Consolidate investment data for reporting purposes.
  • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

Should Have:

  • MBA in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in strategy deployment and long-term planning.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Experience in process improvement and action planning.

Qualification And Education:
