Summary

Position Overview

We are looking for two senior Project Managers with proven leadership across both PeopleSoft ERP modernization and Automation / AI programs. Each PM must demonstrate hands‑on ownership of PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrades as well as RPA and/or Conversational AI initiatives.

This role requires dual‑domain leadership—candidates must have led projects in both ERP and automation, not just participated.

PeopleSoft Upgrade Responsibilities

Candidates must have owned one or more of the following in a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment:

PUM Image upgrades
PeopleTools upgrades (8.5x → 8.6x)
Retrofit strategy and customization impact analysis
Regression testing coordination (SIT/UAT)
Cutover planning and production deployments
Module enhancements (Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Commitment Accounting)
Infrastructure or database modernization initiatives

Experience must reflect PM‑level ownership, not support or coordination only.

Automation / AI Responsibilities

Candidates must have led:

RPA implementations (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
Automation lifecycle management (discovery, design, build, deployment)
Bot governance and support models
Conversational AI / chatbot initiatives
Cross‑functional collaboration between business and technical teams

Hands‑on leadership is required; passive exposure is not sufficient.

Core Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end PeopleSoft upgrade projects
Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
Oversee functional, technical, and infrastructure teams
Provide executive‑level status reporting and steering committee updates
Lead concurrent ERP and automation workstreams
Align RPA and AI initiatives with ERP modernization strategy

Required Experience

7+ years of enterprise Project Management experience
Proven leadership of PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade programs
Experience managing PeopleTools upgrades
End‑to‑end RPA implementation leadership
Conversational AI or chatbot program management
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
