P14 IReadiness Liaison

• The P14 IReadiness Liaison provides support to county department of social services users as they learn and utilize a case management system.
• This role serves as a subject matter expert on Medicaid programs, system functionality, and service delivery processes, guiding users in accurate system navigation and case data submission.
• The position also supports readiness and implementation initiatives by facilitating communication, resolving issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and guidance to county department of social services users on case management system functionality and processes.
• Utilize Medicaid policy expertise and system knowledge to assist users with correct navigation and case data entry.
• Coach and communicate information effectively through written and verbal interactions.
• Escalate issues and concerns to management as appropriate.
• Collaborate with business and project teams to troubleshoot, replicate, and report system errors or unexpected outcomes.
• Support readiness and implementation initiatives through coordination and communication activities.
• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and related events to encourage effective collaboration and information sharing.
• Maintain communication with state and county staff to clarify statutory, policy, and procedural concerns related to Medicaid programs.
• Advocate for effective communication and successful adoption of system processes and procedures.

Qualification And Education:

• Experience supporting users of case management systems or similar enterprise applications.
• Subject matter expertise related to Medicaid programs and service delivery processes.
• Experience facilitating meetings, training sessions, or implementation activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and coordinate with technical and business teams for resolution.
