1.      Hybrid Delivery Executive, Architect & Builder Role
This is not a sideline leadership position. We are looking for a practitioner-leader who can design the blueprint (Architect), lead the implementation (Delivery), and aggressively grow the practice (Builder). You will be the technical and strategic face of the NJ/NY market.

Headquartered in Edison, NJ, you will anchor our presence in the tri-state area. You will lead the charge in solidifying McKinsol as the dominant force in Retail, Fashion, CPG, and Manufacturing while leveraging our offshore factory model to maintain agility and competitive margins.

Enjoy the autonomy of a boutique firm with the global reach of a major consultancy. You will manage a dual quota, Sales (working with sales team) & Delivery, rewarding a leader who thrives on hitting revenue targets and ensuring the Client Satisfaction Index (CSI) remains elite.

4.      Driving the Innovation Portfolio

Beyond core S/4HANA, you will champion our SAP BTP-powered apps and AI-driven solutions. You are encouraged to build industry communities, such as CIO Clubs and foundation-led initiatives, to position McKinsol as a thought leader, not just a vendor.

5.      High-Touch, High-Impact Leadership

This is a high-travel (as needed)/on-site role intended for a leader who values face-to-face influence. You will mentor onshore/offshore teams and navigate complex C-suite conflicts with diplomacy, turning implementation challenges into long-term strategic partnerships.

6.      Skin in the Game: Secondary Shares (Options)

For the right candidate who demonstrates cultural alignment and performance excellence, we offer a path to equity (secondary shares) participation and details can be shared later. 

7.      Realistic & Balanced Billability
We recognize that true leadership requires time for business development and mentorship. Your billability targets are tiered based on seniority to ensure you have the bandwidth to build the practice:
Target: 50% to 70% (dependent on role level and revenue-generation responsibilities).

8.      Command the NJ/NY Retail & Fashion Corridor
Based in or around Edison, NJ, you will leverage our local headquarters and global delivery factory to:
Oversee high-stakes S/4HANA migrations and Clean Core assessments.
Lead pre-sales and solution architecture for complex multi-account engagements.
Serve as a trusted C-suite advisor, converting delivery excellence into expanded revenue.

9.      Influence the Innovation Roadmap
You will collaborate with NeuVays to integrate AI-driven products (like iDMX and DMAC) into core SAP environments. You are encouraged to build industry communities—such as CIO Clubs—on our platforms to solidify McKinsol’s position as a thought leader.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
15+ Years’ Experience: Deep roots in SAP S/4HANA implementation and practice leadership.
The Big Firm Pedigree, Boutique Spirit: Experience from a Big 4 or top-tier firm but thrives in a faster, less bureaucratic environment.
Entrepreneurial Grit: High multitasking ability with a relentless focus on client satisfaction (CSI) and revenue growth.
