Title: ServiceNow Product Owner

Duration: 6+ Months of Contract with possible extension

Location: New Brunswick, NJ

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner with strong exposure across multiple modules (CSM, ITSM, HRSD, etc.) and deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role will drive product vision, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to maximize business value from the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow, with a primary focus on SPM.
Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog across SPM, CSM, ITSM, HRSD, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and admins to deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure crossmodule integration and consistency across the platform.
Conduct demos, sprint reviews, and communicate progress to leadership.
Champion best practices, governance, and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2+ years as Product Owner or similar role.
Deep expertise in SPM (Demand, Project, Resource, Financials, Roadmaps).
Handson exposure to CSM, ITSM, HRSD modules.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decisionmaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM, ITSM, CSM, HRSD).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
Experience in enterprise portfolio management and digital transformation initiatives
