Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join a creative content studio supporting owned and operated brand social channels across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for supporting production efforts across hundreds of content projects from concept through execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This individual is comfortable working with global teams and has experience supporting daily social content across multiple formats for an international audience. Strong communication skills, technical understanding of social platforms, and experience working alongside creative teams, editors, and animators are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support all elements of production across pre-production, production, and post-production phases
Assist with managing daily production timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
Support production leadership with service agreements, purchase orders, licensing, and release documentation
Help track project estimates, expenses, and production budgets
Maintain editorial calendars, production schedules, and ensure data accuracy across tools and documentation
Update and maintain team resources, workflows, and production documentation
Coordinate content workflows with external freelancers and creative partners
Support transcription and translation services for content projects
Assist with shipping, logistics, and tracking for equipment and media
Track equipment inventory and rentals
Manage media organization, archiving, and asset delivery
Conduct quality assurance on all final deliverables prior to publishing
Publish content across social media platforms
Support media operations and community-related workflows as needed
Requirements
6+ years of production coordination or production experience
Experience coordinating editorial video and social-first content
Experience using project management tools such as Jira
Familiarity working with legal partners on contracts, licensing, and agreements
Proven experience managing multiple projects with numerous cross-functional stakeholders
Experience running small to large-scale projects with external creative partners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment with changing priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to uphold and enforce editorial standards
Proven ability to deliver high-quality content with limited resources
Strong working knowledge of social platforms, publishing workflows, and creative tools

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
