Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Scrum Master.

Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support enterprise Agile delivery across key technology teams. This role will focus on driving consistent execution, improving team performance, and stabilizing delivery in a complex, multi-team environment.

Responsibilities:
* Coach teams on Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
* Identify and remove blockers to keep delivery on track
* Manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders
* Partner closely with Product Owners to align on priorities
* Track team progress using Agile metrics and reporting tools
* Help bring structure and consistency to delivery across workstreams

Lead all core Agile ceremonies:
* Daily standups
* Sprint planning
* Retrospectives
* Backlog refinement

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Preferred:
* Azure DevOps (highly preferred)
* Experience with Jira / Rally
* Exposure to reporting or metrics (Power BI is a plus)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
