Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Copilot Technical Admin (Enterprise Rollout Specialist)
Location: Remote

Seeking a Microsoft Copilot Technical Administrator to support enterprise-wide rollout, licensing strategy, adoption monitoring, and ongoing user enablement for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and support organization-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, including phased deployment.
Manage Copilot license allocation and optimization to maximize adoption and control costs.
Define and enable Copilot features by role, function, and organizational level.
Develop and maintain usage, adoption, and readiness reports and dashboards.
Act as Copilot SME during training and enablement sessions; engage with Microsoft and internal stakeholders.
Respond to user queries via centralized Copilot support inbox and track recurring issues.
Monitor adoption trends and recommend corrective or optimization actions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, M365 Admin Center).
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout, administration, or pilots.
Knowledge of Copilot licensing models, governance, and security considerations.
Experience with Copilot adoption and usage reporting (Admin Center, Viva Insights; Power BI preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to operate as a cross-functional SME.

Preferred:

Experience with enterprise technology rollouts or change initiatives.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and information protection.
Consulting or internal advisory background.
