job summary:
We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager / Scrum Master. Our team is responsible for BI/Analytics, a data lake platform, master data management (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, data architecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance. Data is one of our most valuable assets and we strive to become a more data-literate and data-driven organization. This position will work on a small, collaborative team that uses agile practices to deliver value to our business partners.
Candidate must be a CURRENT Wisconsin resident at the time of submission. Relocation is NOT allowed. This position can work 100% remote from anywhere within the State of Wisconsin or the office.

responsibilities:
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple agile teams using Scrum/agile methodologies. Must have experience leading projects for business intelligence and data warehousing.
- Knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
- Experience defining project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organizing and leading project status and working meetings; preparing and distributing progress reports; managing risks and issues; correcting deviations from plans; and performing delivery planning for assigned projects.
- Experience in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a scrum-master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing.
- Minimum of 5 years in a project manager role leading Agile technical projects.
- Minimum of 5 years in large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Experience using Jira
- PMP certification is nice to have but not required
