Summary

job summary:

Join our NA DIG Apps Application Development team as a Technical Delivery Lead, where you will drive the successful execution of large-scale enterprise application development projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical concepts and business execution, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with global strategies. You will oversee cross-functional teams, direct external partners, and champion engineering excellence from initial project scoping through global deployment.

salary: $42 - 52 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, organization, and technical delivery of large-scale, global application development projects.
  • Partner with business leaders on portfolio planning, program scoping, budget/resource estimation, and project prioritization.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide technical staff and vendors across concurrent iterative, agile, and waterfall project streams.
  • Proactively track milestones, mitigate technical risks, and provide transparent progress and health reporting to executive stakeholders.



qualifications:

Minimum of 15+ years of experience delivering robust application development projects.


Minimum of 10+ years of experience operating directly as a Technical Lead or Technical Program Manager.


Proven track record managing parallel initiatives across Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall environments.


Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to present technical architectures in business terms to senior executives.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Extensive experience navigating both business transformation and information technology sectors.


Background deployed within high-volume, cross-functional global team environments.


Strong mastery of modern enterprise project management tools and software delivery life-cycle best practices.
