Job Description: We are hiring an Oracle HCM Compensation Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Compensation, compensation planning, and Fast Formula support. This role focuses on compensation cycles, merit and bonus processing, worksheets, budgets, calculations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with HR and business teams
The ideal candidate has hands-on Oracle HCM Compensation experience, understands compensation processes end to end, and can work on worksheets, Fast Formulas, budgets, calculations, and reporting with minimal training. They should also be comfortable coordinating with HR and business stakeholders and handling compensation data accurately.
Key Skills Required - 3+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Compensation module.
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for calculations and rules.
- Strong knowledge of merit increases, bonus programs, promotions, and salary adjustments
- Experience working with compensation worksheets, budgets, approvals, and compensation planning cycles.
- Strong Excel, reporting, data validation, and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Responsibilities - Support annual compensation planning cycles including merit, bonus, promotions, and pay adjustments.
- Manage and maintain Oracle HCM Compensation worksheets and compensation configurations.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas for compensation calculations, eligibility, and business rules
- Support compensation budgets, guidelines, approvals, and data validations.
- Work with HR, Compensation, Talent, and Finance teams on compensation-related activities and issue resolution.
- Prepare compensation reports, audits, and analysis to ensure data accuracy.
