Summary

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Lead
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 9+ Months

The Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation HR Lead is responsible for the overall configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module. This role requires a hands-on functional leader who will drive system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and release management while ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  1. ·       Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap analysis
  2. ·       Lead solution design efforts, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation
  3. ·       Provide functional leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
  4. ·       Collaborate with functional, technical, development, and security teams to design end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
  5. ·       Document detailed business requirements and create comprehensive functional design specifications
  6. ·       Perform and coordinate hands-on system configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  7. ·       Manage release processes, including planning, execution, and post-deployment validation
  8. ·       Identify, triage, and resolve system issues and defects related to Compensation modules
  9. ·       Oversee functional team activities and provide regular status updates to project management and stakeholders
  10. ·       Ensure integration of business processes across the broader project landscape
  11. ·       Lead analysis sessions, validate deliverables, and ensure quality and functional accuracy
  12. ·       Review and evaluate system customizations for alignment with business needs and technical standards
  13. ·       Support issue resolution and provide functional expertise across project activities
  14. ·       Assist in maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  15. ·       Monitor project progress and adjust schedules, approaches, and resources as needed
  16. ·       Support planning and execution of production deployment and transition activities

 

Experience:

·       5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and/or Benefits

·       At least 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

·       3+ years of experience leading teams

·       2+ years of experience managing project work and reporting to stakeholders

·       Strong understanding of federal and commercial HR business processes

·       Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and implementation

·       Proven ability to document requirements and functional designs

·       Experience in project planning tools, including Microsoft Project
