Job Title: AI Development Practice Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Development Practice Lead with 7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will lead AI-driven development initiatives, implement AI coding tools, improve engineering productivity, and work closely with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the adoption of AI coding tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Develop AI-based solutions using Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Design and maintain AI knowledge repositories, prompts, and reusable components.
Build and monitor AI adoption dashboards and productivity metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and AI teams to improve development workflows.
Evaluate new AI models and recommend the best solutions for business needs.
Present AI strategies and project updates to senior leadership.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and Data Analysis.
Strong programming skills in Python and AI/ML model development.
Experience with RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and LLMs.
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, and AWS Lambda.
Knowledge of AI agent orchestration and data preprocessing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Azure, Databricks, and SAP data models.
Knowledge of AI performance evaluation and hallucination mitigation.
Familiarity with AI monitoring and observability tools.
Experience in CPG or supply chain data environments.

Work Arrangement:

On-site role based in Dallas, TX.
Candidates should be able to work regularly from the client location.
