Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to support multiple agile delivery teams within a scaled agile environment. This role focuses on facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving team execution, and supporting the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to promote agile best practices, improve team performance, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for up to three agile teams operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact team progress and delivery
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, roadmaps, and story refinement activities
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure priorities are well defined and actionable
• Track and report team performance metrics, productivity, and delivery health
• Support quarterly planning activities and cross-team coordination
• Promote continuous improvement, team accountability, and agile best practices
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and strong communication across technical and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Active Scrum Master certification (certificate required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• At least 1 year of Scrum Master experience within the past 24 months
• At least 1 year of recent experience supporting agile ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, roadmaps, and productivity reporting
• At least 1 year of experience using Jira to support agile teams, including:
• Creating and managing user stories and tasks
• Linking issue types
• Managing and closing sprints
• Strong understanding of agile principles, team dynamics, and delivery workflows
• Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience practicing servant leadership
• 3+ years of experience working with Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
• 3+ years of experience prioritizing work within agile teams, including backlog grooming and sprint commitment practices
• Experience supporting teams in complex or regulated environments
• Experience working with enterprise-scale or multi-team agile programs
