RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Activation Product Manager.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Activation Product Manager to lead marketing technology integration efforts across a rapidly evolving MarTech ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution for activation capabilities across multiple platforms. This is a highly technical and strategic role focused on integrating systems and enabling end-to-end customer engagement flows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive activation product roadmap and strategy
* Partner with engineering teams to deliver API-based integrations and system connectivity
* Coordinate across marketing, product, and technology teams
* Ensure seamless data and content flow across multiple systems
* Guide and lead engineering squads on delivery execution
Lead integration efforts across:
* ESP platforms
* MarTech systems (e.g., CDP, activation platforms)
* Content and data ecosystems
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience integrating multiple systems within a marketing ecosystem
* Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
* Comfortable navigating complex, evolving tech stacks
* Highly collaborative across business and technical teams
* Strong ownership mindset over roadmap and delivery
* Strong experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment
* Experience with API integrations and backend system connectivity
* Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and activation platforms
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex integrations
* Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Experience with:
* Growth Loop or similar CDP/activation platforms
* ESP platforms and marketing automation tools
* CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful)
* Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
