Senior SEO Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior SEO Product Manager.

Summary:
We are seeking a Technical SEO Product Manager to support a large-scale digital platform environment. This role sits at the intersection of business, SEO, and engineering-ensuring SEO considerations are embedded across product and site development initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and protecting organic search performance across a complex digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and engineering teams to ensure SEO is incorporated into all digital product initiatives
* Translate SEO requirements into actionable work for technical teams
* Manage and execute against SEO-related product roadmaps
* Act as the SEO advocate across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
* Monitor impact of site/product changes on search visibility and performance
* Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure SEO is not overlooked in releases and roadmap planning
* Participate in discussions involving large-scale site changes (e.g., high-volume product/page generation)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong technical SEO expertise (enterprise-scale / high-volume websites preferred)
* Experience working in eCommerce or large digital platforms
* Ability to translate between business stakeholders and technical teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience partnering with engineering teams on roadmap execution
* Strong communicator who can influence across teams
* Highly organized and execution-focused
* Comfortable operating in an environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
* Acts as the -voice of SEO- across all initiatives

Preferred Skills/Tools:
* SEO tools such as: BrightEdge; Google Search Console; Adobe; Profound (or similar enterprise SEO tools)
* Experience supporting large-scale SEO initiatives (millions of pages or products)
* Exposure to product management fundamentals (roadmap execution)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
