RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in McLean, VA that is seeking an experienced Leadership and Professional Development Facilitator to deliver engaging virtual learning experiences for leaders and employees across a variety of development programs. This is a contract-based role with flexible scheduling and variable hours based on program demand. Facilitators will be scheduled in advance and will have the opportunity to indicate availability for upcoming sessions. While hours are not guaranteed, facilitators typically support approximately 20 hours per week and are unlikely to reach full-time hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Facilitate virtual leadership and professional development programs for diverse audiences, including managers, senior leaders, and executive-level participants
* Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences through Microsoft Teams and Zoom
* Manage participant engagement and group dynamics in sessions of up to 40 participants
* Adapt facilitation style to meet learner needs while maintaining program objectives and integrity
* Support both independently facilitated and co-facilitated learning programs
* Create inclusive and psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and application
* Collaborate with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives
* Incorporate participant feedback and continuously improve facilitation effectiveness
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
