Our client, a telecommunications company in Charlotte, NC, is in need of an HR Technology Consultant for a full-time position. Working in a hybrid model, four days/week onsite, the HR Technology Consultant will support the development and maintenance of the client's HR tech applications, gather business requirements, and deliver analytical insights and recommendations. With a focus on enhancing Oracle FDI, this role will leverage and build data pipelines to meet evolving business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to support enterprise-wide HR technology projects through API-based integrations.
Required skills:
- 6+ years experience working in an HR technology or similar analytical role
- Must have data warehouse analytics experience
- Must have extensive Oracle Fusion development experience
- Must have experience pulling data from Oracle HCM to Oracle FDI
- Strong SQL skills
- Oracle data security experience is a major plus
- Experience with iCIMS data tables, and knowledge of python-based automation solutions is strongly preferred
- Experience working at a Fortune 500 company is a major plus

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
