The successful candidate will bring strong Oracle Fusion expertise along with a solid
understanding of complex manufacturing and high-tech supply chains, ideally within the
semiconductor industry.

Own the overall architecture and technical direction of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
platform.
• Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and convert them into practical,
scalable Oracle solutions.
• Establish architecture standards for integrations, customizations, extensions, reporting,
data, security, and performance.
• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and systems such as Salesforce,
PLM, external manufacturing partners, customer EDI, analytics platforms, and planning
solutions.
• Use Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and file-based
integrations to create dependable system connections.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, data models, security frameworks, and technical
documentation.
• Evaluate new Oracle Cloud capabilities, including AI/ML, analytics, OCI, and
Redwood, to improve automation and business processes.
• Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through
implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex ERP, integration, and production issues.
• Work with Oracle Support and external application support teams to identify root causes
and implement lasting fixes.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Oracle functional consultants, developers,
and support teams.
• Ensure solutions meet SOX, IT privacy, export control, security, and intellectual
property requirements.
• Maintain architecture documentation, design decisions, standards, and training materials.
• Balance multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth organization.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle
Fusion Cloud.
• At least 5 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Enterprise Architect, or
Lead Architect position.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials, Supply Chain Management, Orderto-Cash, and Manufacturing.
• Experience designing ERP solutions for complex manufacturing or high-tech
environments; semiconductor experience is highly desirable.
• Understanding of multi-level supply chains, foundry/OSAT relationships, inventory and
lot/serial traceability, quality and yield processes, partner inventory reconciliation, and
manufacturing cost accounting.
• Hands-on knowledge of OIC, Visual Builder, Redwood, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI,
ESS jobs, Oracle workflows, and Oracle security.
• Experience with Fabconnect is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives,
business teams, technical teams, and external partners.
• Proven ability to lead architecture decisions while balancing business needs, technical
quality, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
